Sales manager

You will receive:

Your responsibilities:
- Implementation of the set sales plan. Providing high conversion level of potential customers.
- Current client base processing. Keeping in touch with the client from the moment of first contact until the full completion of our collaboration with them.
- Building warm and friendly relations with the Company’s clients, increasing their trust and loyalty. Organizing and maintaining customer feedback, reminding them about the Company, informing them about our new products and services, collecting and analyzing information on customer satisfaction with the Company.
- Recording the messaging histories and planning consecutive actions in the CRM system.
- Communicating with the clients (holding meetings, sending product samples, order payments, balance sheet control, information on the product, etc.). Organizing and control of incoming payments from clients. Preparing commercial offers, assortment, prices. Implementing discount and bonus programs.
We require:
- Experience in the exporting sphere no less than 1 year.
- Higher education in the appropriate field (preferable).
- English level B1/B2.
- Advanced computer using skills (MS Office, Exсel, CRM).
- A client-oriented, responsible, efficient person with high organization skills and able to negotiate.
- Compliance with rules and procedures, learning ability, resilience, teamwork.
